Please see below CredFixly refund policy as stated in our client agreement:

CredFixly is proud to offer risk free credit repair services. We don’t believe that our valued customers should pay for services that do not work. Therefore, all clients are entitled to a 100% refund of all fees paid to CredFixly if:

• No deletions are made after 180 days

• The client has made all of their credit repair payments on time

• The company has had uninterrupted access to client’s credit monitoring account

• The client must not increase their utilization ratios while in the program

• The client must not apply for any new accounts unless directed by company

• The client must not have any new derogatory information added on their credit report during the program

• The client must return all calls, text and/or emails from Credfixly within 48hrs

• The client must forward all correspondence from Credit Bureaus and furnishers within 48 hours of receiving to CredFixly
