- Once a client engages our services and signs the contract, we dedicate substantial resources and time to their case. Therefore, we do not offer refunds for services rendered.
2. Case-by-Case Basis
- We understand that exceptional circumstances may arise. If a client believes they have a valid reason for a refund, they may submit a written request detailing their situation.
- Each refund request will be reviewed individually. Our team will assess the specifics of the case, including the services provided, the client's compliance with the credit repair process, and any unforeseen issues that may have impacted the service outcome.
3. Submission Process
- Clients must submit their refund request in writing within 5 days of the incident that prompted the request.
- The request should include the client's name, contact information, contract number, and a detailed explanation of the reason for the refund request.
4. Review and Decision
- Our management team will review the request and communicate the decision within 14 business days of receipt.
- Decisions made by CredFixly regarding refunds are final and binding.
5. Exceptional Circumstances
- Refunds may be considered under exceptional circumstances, such as:
- Documented failure on our part to provide the agreed-upon services.
- Inability to continue services due to unforeseen events beyond the client’s control.
