These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of services provided by CredFixly LLC, a credit repair organization. By using our services or website, you agree to the following terms:

CredFixly LLC provides pre-litigation credit repair services including dispute processing, credit education, and financial coaching. We do not guarantee any specific results or credit score increases.

We comply with the Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA), the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), and other applicable laws. We do not:

• Misrepresent your credit situation.
• File false identity theft claims.
• Advise you to create a new credit identity.
   

We cannot guarantee deletion of any particular item or a specific increase in your credit score. Results vary based on the accuracy of credit reports, creditor cooperation, and your financial behavior.

• Fees are disclosed in your service agreement.
• No upfront payments are required before work is performed.
• Monthly service fees are charged after services are rendered.
• No refunds are issued for services already completed.
   

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information.
• Forward any responses from credit bureaus or creditors.
• Avoid actions that could negatively affect your credit while enrolled in our program.
   

You may cancel at any time by providing written notice. We may also terminate services if you violate these Terms or abuse our staff or services.

CredFixly LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the past 30 days.

All disputes must first be addressed by contacting us. If not resolved, disputes will be handled through binding arbitration in Lackawanna County, PA, under Pennsylvania law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
